Country of origin USA vs Made in USA. Topic: Snap On automotive tools?

i am in the market for some power tools, specifically a 1/2 inch cordless impact wrench.
I know a lot of tools now (B&D, Bosch, Hitachi,Ryobi, Makita, Dewalt, Craftsman) are now made in China and some Mexico.
When I looked on Snap On’s site, they claim their power tools’ country of origin is the USA. I know that their tools were created and design here in the U.S., but were they manufacturered and assembled here in the U.S.?
The best cordless 1/2 impact made in America is a Milwaukee 28 volt lithium-ion model.
