Is there any method of cutting metal with out some sort of power tool?

I have a 6ft long box shaped (sorry not really into this sort of stuff) and i need to cut it so i can make a skate-able rail. Problem is i dont have any power tools or Oxy-Aceylene torch so i’m kind of screw. Its not a nessicity i just want one. Any ideas?
any saw will do you just have to make sure to get the right blade- and depending on how thick the metal is and what kind a small saw might now do it because the motor doesnt have enough power to cut the metal- and like i said you have to have the right blade just go to home depot and tell them the type of metal you are cutting and the thinkness and they will tell you what type of blade you need

OK made this one yesterday afternoon its of my new used power drill that i got a good deal on been needin one for awhile but they are so expensive and lucked up and seen this one so i checked it out and bought it works wonderful even for a no name brand well enjoy
