I think there may be a misunderstanding here. I never said not to hunt or trap. However, circumstances arent always optimal for either. A hunter gathering existence isnt as easy as some people seem to think. Having lots of beans and rice makes a lot of sense, at least from my perspective.

It is super easy. Take dried corn and put it into a skillet with bacon fat or cooking oil. The corn, when spread out, should just cover the bottom of the skillet. Heat the fat and the corn under moderate heat. The kernels will break open and brown, leaving you with a tasty and nutritious food.

Another good one! Good to see the cayenne pepper in your kit which is also used as a natural heart attrack remedy ( google it) . I also recommend oil of oregano which is an excellent disinfectant.
