I doesn’t know much about the mechanics and I ve got a old car in my garage and want tro convert that to electric what are all the parts needed and how much will it cost to buy the tools and the accessories ?

It s very good idea of converting a old car which is a scratch and there are many sites like http://www.electriccarmotor.org which provides the accessories to build an electric car at an affordable price. you need to spend a quite a bit on tools and a lot of patience and hard work to complete this .
Good luck.

Surely that is a great idea! Also spares are available, just you have to browse on the internet to find such supplers, However purchasing for one single car will be expensive and will increase the cost of yur car too..

It doesn’t sound like you are starting from scratch if you already have a car to work with.
