I love inventions ...
I love inventions and creative idea, this is the first one that doesn't make sense to me. lol

What I do is: I open the cover and disconnect the wires then put the cover back on. Use a multimeter to check the circuits. This prevents some idiot from turning the power on while I'm working. Not sure how you deal with that, 110 Volts is probably less impressive as 240 or 380.

I guess it does make it less interesting to play with the switches like this.

Stick a warning sign on it.

I am an electrician ...
I am an electrician & this idea has came to me a number of times when the extra person would come in handy just for turning on & off of a circuit. As you said there isn't anything on the market as of yet to fill in this void. Good luck on your venture, I look forward to being one of your customers in the near future if you get this to the market (just see if you can come up with a more compact version).

This thing saves ...
This thing saves like 10 seconds, and your fingers are free...Kudos on the hardwork, but me being an unbiased party, I would not buy it. Keep trying and good luck.

I get the idea and ...
I get the idea and i like it but there is still plenty of work to do first the motor for switching off and on needs to go it is too slow it needs to be an instant switch control like central locks on a car and it also needs to move up and down remotely and lastly the clamping needs to be a lot quicker no allen key stuff maybe a butterfly wing kind of screw clamps like on some drum set, i think your idea is good but needs the improvements as i listed good luck.
