Lie-Nielsen Toolworks, Inc, which designs, manufactures and sells a wide variety of woodworking hand planes and tools, held 2 days of interactive demonstrations in the Building Construction Technology’s area during January 2009. This demonstration, presented by the Homestead Heritage School of Woodworking, shows how to make a perfect mitered edge for a picture frame by using hand tools and no nails.

Brilliant. Lovely to see such a well executed and simple work process.
I’ve got to say though, as much as I like this video, the mess on that bench was actually starting to frustrate me in the same was I get frustrated when working in a mess. It’s a TIP! Haha.
Proof that you can do good work even in a bombsite, but I’d still be desperate to tidy things up if I was there. Haha.
