   Get a license first. You cannot purchase refrigerant unless you have a license.

   set of gauges vacuum pump bottle of nitrogen to check for leaks before put refridgerent in it installing an ac isnt a do it yourself project unless you are trained to do this

   Just one a "telephone" to get an A/C guy in. To be honest the amount of tools you will need will cost the same as getting 20 A/C units fitted, that’s if you can get hold of the refrigerant. Unless it’s one of those portable or window mounted ones.
